Orders & Delivery
How will my order be sent?
All Tuttabankem orders are carefully packed and sent from the UK. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your delivery information.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the service selected at checkout.
During particularly busy periods, launches and sale events, dispatch may take a little longer. We'll always do our best to keep you informed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
International delivery options and costs are calculated at checkout according to your destination.
Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking information where available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible, so please contact us as soon as you can if you'd like to make a change or cancel your order.
While we'll always do our best to help, we can't guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been placed.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes. We hope you'll love your Tuttabankem piece, but if it's not quite right, you can return it in accordance with our returns policy.
Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

Can I exchange an item?
If you'd like a different size or style, please contact us and we'll be happy to advise on the best way to arrange this.
Are sale items returnable?
Unless otherwise stated, sale items may be returned in accordance with our returns policy. Please check the individual product information before purchasing an Archive or sale piece.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry if your order doesn't arrive as expected. Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with photographs of the item and packaging, and we'll look into it for you.
Sizing & Fit
How do Tuttabankem sizes fit?
Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, easy silhouette in mind, particularly our kaftans and resortwear.
Sizing can vary slightly between collections and individual styles, so we recommend checking the measurements on the relevant product page before ordering.

If you're unsure, please get in touch with us before ordering. We're very happy to advise on fit and measurements for a particular style.
Are your kaftans one size?
Our kaftans are available in a range of sizes, although most styles have a naturally generous, flowing fit.
The individual product page will always show the available sizes and measurements.

What are Tuttabankem pieces made from?
We work with a variety of natural and carefully selected fabrics, including cotton, cotton lawn, cotton poplin, silk and velvet.
Each product page includes the fabric composition and care instructions for that particular piece.
Where are Tuttabankem pieces made?
Tuttabankem is a British heritage brand, established in 1974. Our collections are made with carefully selected makers and suppliers based in the UK, with production methods varying according to the fabric, design and collection.
What makes Tuttabankem different?
Tuttabankem began as a British nightwear label and has evolved over the years into a collection of distinctive resortwear, nightwear and accessories.
We are drawn to beautiful fabrics, expressive prints and pieces that feel special without being overly precious. Many of our designs are intended to be worn for years, rather than for a single season.
What is the Atelier Collection?
The Atelier Collection brings together our most exceptional pieces — luxurious kaftans and resortwear crafted in sumptuous silks and rich velvets.
The collection is deliberately small and considered, with limited quantities of each style.
Caring for Your Tuttabankem
How should I wash my Tuttabankem piece?
Every garment has individual care instructions, which you'll find on the product page and garment label.
Many of our cotton pieces can be machine washed, while our silk and velvet styles require professional dry cleaning.
Please always follow the care instructions specific to your garment.
How should I care for silk and velvet?
Our silk and velvet pieces are delicate and should be treated with care. We recommend professional dry cleaning unless the garment's individual care label states otherwise.
When not being worn, store your piece somewhere cool and dry and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Will my cotton garment soften with washing?
Yes. Natural cotton fabrics often become softer and more beautiful with wear and washing. Following the care instructions will help preserve the fabric and shape of your garment.
Nightwear
What is cotton lawn?
Cotton lawn is a particularly fine, lightweight cotton with a soft, smooth feel. It's breathable and wonderfully comfortable against the skin, which makes it especially lovely for nightwear.
Are Tuttabankem nightdresses true to size?
Our nightdresses are designed to be comfortable and relaxed rather than closely fitted. We recommend consulting our Nightwear Size Guide for measurements and choosing your usual size.
If you prefer a more generous fit, you may wish to size up.
Are the nightdresses suitable for summer?
Absolutely. Our cotton lawn nightdresses are lightweight, breathable and naturally comfortable, making them particularly lovely for warmer nights.
Ordering Online
How can I find out more about a particular piece?
You'll find fabric composition, measurements, sizing and care information on each product page.
If there's something you'd like to know that isn't listed, just ask. We know our collection well and are happy to help.
What if an item I love is sold out?
Many Tuttabankem pieces are produced in small quantities, and once a style has sold through it may not return.
If an item is sold out, you can contact us to ask whether we expect it to be restocked.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Where available, gift wrapping options will be shown at checkout. If you're sending a gift directly to someone special, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it feel extra special.
