Items are usually dispatched within 2 – 3 working days, with delivery within 5 working days (UK) and international delivery within 10 working days, however please allow up 21 working days.
Items posted within the UK will be dispatched by either the Royal Mail 48 service or Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Postage outside UK will be made by Royal Mail International Tracked or Signed For unless otherwise agreed. In some instances, we may use other couriers such as UPS/FedEx/DHL on occasion.

The standard delivery prices are:
Standard Delivery: Free
Upgrade to Special Delivery: £8.95
Europe*: Order Value up to £150 = £15.95, Over £150 = Free
Rest of the World*: Order Value up to £300 = £19.95, Over £300 = Free
* Import Duties/Local Taxes (incl. VAT) may be collected by the relevant authorities in your country.
Please note that in some cases items will be dispatched individually at no extra cost. Whilst we endeavour to dispatch items as quickly as possible, sometimes delays do occur (even for Special Delivery) – for example our nightdresses are often made to order and so may require a small amount of time to be made up.
Some of our services require a signature upon delivery – just so we know that the item has been delivered successfully and to the right person. If for any reason this might be a problem, please contact us.
