International Delivery

We’re delighted to ship Tuttabankem orders internationally.

International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees when they arrive in the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of your order or delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Where applicable, they will be collected by the local customs authority or delivery carrier before or upon delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to predict the amount of any local charges, as these vary by country.

All international orders are sent fully tracked, and you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please use your tracking information to follow your parcel and, where available, arrange an alternative delivery day or location.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Please note: if an order is returned to us because import duties or taxes have not been paid by the recipient, any costs incurred in returning the parcel may be deducted from the refund.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return items to us.

Pieces must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all accessories and labels attached (customised items cannot be returned).

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. You will automatically receive a refund notification from us as soon as your return has been processed. Kindly note, your bank may take up 5-10 days to release the funds back into your account.

Exchanges

Your exchange request will need to be submitted via the enclosed returns slip and products sent back to us within 7 days from receiving your order.

Once the return has been received, the exchange will be processed and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details for the new item(s). The process can take up to 14 days.
