Shipping & Returns

International Delivery

Please note that international orders, with the exception of those sent to the USA, may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are not included in the price of your order and are the responsibility of the recipient. Any applicable charges are payable at checkout.

All international orders are sent fully tracked and require a signature on delivery. If you’re not going to be at home, please use the tracking information provided with your order to arrange an alternative delivery day or location where available.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return items to us.

Pieces must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all accessories and labels attached (customised items cannot be returned).

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. You will automatically receive a refund notification from us as soon as your return has been processed. Kindly note, your bank may take up 5-10 days to release the funds back into your account.

Exchanges

Your exchange request will need to be submitted via the enclosed returns slip and products sent back to us within 7 days from receiving your order.

Once the return has been received, the exchange will be processed and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details for the new item(s). The process can take up to 14 days.
